It's academic in nature and might be more suited to students and professionals rather than to those in need of legal aid.

Its purpose it to "serve as a resource for attorneys and law students who are interested
in legal and public policy issues affecting deaf and hard of hearing people" ... and to
"allow us to help each other in our professional careers, learn from each other and help
advance legal opportunities, rights and access for deaf and hard of hearing people."
